| The café is located directly on the lovely
Castle Beach on Falmouth Sea Front providing stunning views
out over Falmouth Bay. In one direction you have Rosemullion,
Helford River and on to the Manacles. In the other direction
you have Pendennis Castle with views beyond to St Anthony Lighthouse
on the Roseland Peninsula. Just sit back, relax and enjoy tea,
coffee or a light meal. |

| Castle Beach is well known in the area for
providing safe, clean and sheltered bathing waters. In addition
to the warm, sandy beach, there are a large number of rock pools,
ideal for scrambling over and exploring on a warm sunny day. |

| The café has an enclosed dining area with
a timber framed canopy and also provides deck chair hire. You
can sit comfortably and enjoy a light meal in the dining area,
relax in a deck chair on the raised sundeck or just spread out
and enjoy Castle Beach itself. The beach also has a toilet block
which is open throughout the summer months. |

| Falmouth is one of the foremost holiday destinations

sailing, cliff walking and a bustling town centre with a wide
range of shops and restaurants. There are boat trips available
taking you out into the lovely Falmouth bay or up the beautiful
Fal Estuary to the county town of Truro. You can also take the
passenger ferry over to St Mawes on the lovely Roseland Peninsula.

| Pendennis
Castle |
| Constructed between 1540 and 1545, Pendennis
Castle and its sister St Mawes Castle form the Cornish end of
the chain of coastal castles built by Henry VIII to counter
a threat from France and Spain. Thereafter Pendennis was frequently
adapted to face new enemies over 400 years, right through until
World War II. There are a wide range of attractions at the castle
including an interactive exhibition. The views are also absolutely
stunning. |
| National
Maritime Museum |
| The National Small Boat Collection was originally
developed by the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich. This
is now housed in Falmouth where it has been extended by the
addition of other craft. The award winning museum located on
Falmouth's waterfront offers breathtaking views from the 29
metre tower, together with an underwater viewing location. There
are also hands on interactive activities, audio visual features
and a range of special exhibitions throughout the year. |

| The Town's art collection is one of the most
important in Cornwall, and features works by major British artists
including Sir Frank Brangwyn RA, Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones,
Charles Napier Hemy RA, Dame Laura Knight RA, Sir Alfred Munnings
RA, William Strang RA, Henry Scott Tuke RA, John William Waterhouse
RA, George Frederick Watts RA. The gallery is also both family
friendly and free! |

Pavilion & Gllyngdune Gardens |
| The Princess Pavilion is a year round theatre
and live music venue located in the lovely, adjoining Gllyngdune
Gardens. There is an Edwardian bandstand providing regular free
afternoon and evening entertainment, together with a licensed
bar and café. |
